The attached pages give more details. To help organising the event and make it interesting we have made a few notes: 1. Bring your own food & drink for the picnic near Ffynnon Helen, Croesor 2. If you are walking from Hafoty to Garreg Fawr/Brondanw (less than 1.5 miles), bring suitable clothes, boots, walking sticks & parasols! 3. Take care of yourself, other people and their property. Shut the gates. 4. Fill car seats by offering lifts from Llanfrothen. This will help to avoid congestion at Croesor 5. If you are not walking return to Brondanw by cars. You will meet the walkers nearby, L&M. 6. If you have walked and left your car at Hafoty or Croesor, cadge a `taxi' back 7. Apart from the `in-laws', the family will have the same DNA; but that will not help as many will not have met before; so a sticker with your name on would be a good idea. (DNA means Dim Nabod Abwyd, translated Don't (k)Now Anyone ) 8. To help with the catering at Y Ring, pub at Llanfrothen, you will need to order your food by `phoning Nel Thomas on 01766 770 459 by Friday 9th of August Choose from 1) Lamb, 2) pork chop,3) breast of chicken, 4) sliced beef ( all about £9) & 5) Lasagne (about £7). 9.
