2 In the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred seventy &
3 Three, I Thomas Owen of Braich within the parish of llanvrothen
4 Husbandman,being of good & perfect memory, thank be to
5 Almighty God,doe make, constituteordaine & declare, that my
6 Last will & testament in manner and forme following;
7 And first, being penitent ? sorry from the bottom of my heart
8 For my sins past, most humbly desiring forgiveness for the same
9 I give and commit my soul unto almighty God my saviour &
10 Redeemer, & my body to be buried in Christian buriall
11 Item I give & Bequeath to my sister Lowry Owen fourpinies
12 Item I give and bequeath to my neece the daughter of my
13 sister Elisabeth Owen two ewes , Item I give and bequeath
14 to my Nephew Robert Parry and my neece Jane Harry
15 four penies apeece; Item I give and bequeath all the rest of my
16 goods, cattle & chattle whatsoever to my wellbeloved
17 wife Margaret verch (daughter of ) William Powell & Owen Anwill
18 of Parke gent whom I doe make nominate & appoint my
19 joint executor, Item I do revoke all former wills
20 by me made either by word or writing; sealed & published
