His two daughters Elizabeth and Jane Hughes 5/-. His granddaughter, Margaret, the daughter of Richard, £1. His nephew Morgan Parry, one sheep. The residue to be shared equally between his son Ellis Hughes and his daughter Lowry Hughes (his executors).

Hugh Morgan ,his son to receive land, when he was 21 & to give to his only daughter £40. £20 to Margaret Morgan. Hugh Morgan to have the colt from the Grey mare The residue to go to Catherine pierce, his wife and his youngest son Pierce Morgan. Signed 2.11.1698. The estate valued at £92.
